Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;

  • At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in finance and accounting;

  • Proficient in MS Office and any Accounting Software applications such as Oracle Netsuites, SAP & Microsoft Dynamics;

  • Ability to produce trial balance;

  • Ability to do account reconciliation;

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance;

  • Maintains historical accounting & financial records;

  • Prepares BIR reports and other tax computations;

  • Maintains bank accounts;

Treasury Analyst

Accounting & Finance Department

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;

  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in finance and accounting;

  • Proficient in MS Office and any Accounting Software applications such as Oracle Netsuites, SAP & Microsoft Dynamics;

  • Proficient in conducting bank A/R & A/P reconciliations;

  • Must have an experiences in local tax and revenue preparation and compliance; able to enter journal entries, make adjustments and reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements independently;

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitors the cash flow of a company on a daily basis, making periodic analysis by the use of certain investment skills and business acumen;

  • Controlling all banking and operating systems and also managing the money transmission systems;

Job Descriptions:

  • Collecting and analyzing the department business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to business process;

  • Analyzes business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated;

  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and results;

  • Designs new process by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams and studying resource capabilities;

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent;

  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Building Construction or equivalent;

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for overseeing the architectural works;

  • Responsible for specifying the requirements for the project;

  • Playing a part in project and team management;

  • Responsible for evaluating design proposals;

  • Adhere to all industry standards in design;

  • Communicate and coordinate with contractors to implement designs;

  • Making site visits to check on progress;

  • Ensuring that the project is running according to schedule and standard cost;

Procurement Engineer

Purchasing Department

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in procurement, purchasing and technical buying for building construction;

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Building Construction or equivalent;

  • Must have excellent negotiation and organizational skills;

  • Must be efficient and has the ability to analyze cost.

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure that the materials and services are provided within the acceptable time frame in accordance with the required technical specifications, quality, quantity, cost and existing company policies and procedures;

  • Consolidate and select suppliers of sound reputation and with financial responsibility and adequate facilities who can serve the best interest of the company in meeting their commitments;

  • Evaluates and improves process flow, documentation requirement and other concerns that will enhance the material procurement process;

  • Monitor the delivery position to ensure prompt delivery from the supplier;

  • Develop and maintain good relations with vendors;
